Metro 417 celebrates in Western style

One of the coolest residential buildings downtown is Metro 417. From the outside it looks like a standard residential loft building with concrete floors and views of the city. It does have a ton of amenities - resident concierge, on-site parking, fitness center, billiard room, screening room and roof-top spa. What it doesn’t say on its website or brochures is the fabulous people who live there and the amazing energy that the staff brings to life.

A couple of weeks ago, Chris and Lenny hosted a killer party – Metro’s (annual) Birthday party. Metro is their resident doggie mascot. For this year’s party, the theme was Western.
In the Photo – Metro shows off his cowboy hat and red bandana. The residents filled the spacious lobby and enjoyed themed snacks/drinks courtesy of the building. Chris and Lenny’s attention to detail was truly amazing - the bar was an old fashion wagon; the lobby was decked out with hay and dozens of cowboy hats hanging from the ceiling.

Most of the residents dressed to the theme and so did the dogs! Over 20 dogs attended the party dressed in Western outfits. P&P attended and donated a VIP Pooch Party to the silent auction. The auction raised money to benefit rescue dogs.
