Our monthly adoption events - "Paw's on the Patio" - is back again for 2009. This Saturday, the LA Animal Services Mobile Pet Adoption will be co-hosting an adoption event at P&P. The pet Adoption event will have lots of adorable dogs and cats that are looking for new homes. “No!” on Taxes for Veterinary Services

That’s right - Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has proposed to extend the sales tax to veterinary services. It is his administrations’ conception that taking care of our furry friends is a luxury and should be taxed as one measure to help out with our current budget crisis.
